We offer to our value customers the option of Standard Shipping Service or Premium Shipping Service for the United States addresses. International orders are welcomed but the delivery time may vary depending on the countries and regions. Customs fees for international  orders are not included in the shipping costs and the addressee takes responsibility for its payment. All orders will be shipped once the credit is approved and the receiving address is verified. For your convenience, we reserve the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. In this case, your order will be processed as soon as we received the requested information by e-mail or fax. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, but all deliveries must be made to physical street address. Our shipping services are not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. The shipping services are:
A) STANDARD SHIPPING SERVICE (Only U.S. Addresses):
3 to 7 business days. This shipping service fee is just US $ 4.95 and it is charged per shipping address.
B) PREMIUM SHIPPING SERVICE (Only Continental U.S. Addresses):
2-3 business days. It is available for the cost of an additional US $ 5 per item. There is no weekend delivery for this service. Premium Shipping is not guaranteed during Holiday periods.
C) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE:
The delivery time may vary depending on countries and regions. This shipping fee is US $ 9.95 for Canada and US $ 29.95 for the rest of the world.

a) Returns: For us to issue a full
refund, the product must be returned within 7 business days.
Any product you acquire from us must not be  used.
Your item must be returned with all protective bags, tags,
cards, receipts and invoices, in the same condition as received

USA. There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. If
the item has been used, your item will immediately be returned
to you at your sole cost. Please indicate the reason for return

b) Refunds: Our retailer CCNOW upon
receipt of your return, will credit your credit card, for
the price of the goods and any taxes. Sorry, we don't pay
shipping cost for returned merchandise. |
